The Achenrain 1 apartment in the lakeside village of Kramsach, Tyrol is located in an old building directly adjacent to the idyllic Brandenberger Ache river - a house with history. The Brandenberger Ache, which offers free swimming in summer, the Kramsach tennis hall with tennis courts and a bus stop are all within a radius of 50 meters. Three excellent restaurants are just a 1-3 minute walk away. The highway junction Kramsach is 5 minutes away by car. Supermarkets, pharmacy and tourist office are a 10-minute walk away. The Reintaler See can be reached by car in 10 minutes or by public transport. There are also free ski buses to the SkiJuwel Alpbach directly at the accommodation.
Achenrain 1 is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and fantastic skiing days.
Pets are welcome - there is a surcharge of EUR 10.00 per pet.

The apartment Achenrain 1 has been lovingly renovated and offers a spacious living room with a real leather sofa, a table with 4 chairs, a TV chest of drawers and another sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances, a dining area and a retro dresser. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a real wood double bed, a real wood chest of drawers and plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes - it offers a relaxing retreat after a day in the great outdoors. The bathroom is decorated in pleasant lilac tones with black accents and has a spacious shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine and enough storage space for towels and toiletries to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
A special feature in summer is the climate in the apartment - it always stays cool thanks to the thick cobblestone walls and there is no need for air conditioning.
