The Gothic pilgrimage church "St. Leonhard" and the Kundl parish church are cultural sights worth a visit. Every year on the first Sunday in November, St. Leonhard is commemorated in Kundl with a special procession of horses.

A hike with children through the Kundl Gorge is one of the most popular outings in the Alpbachtal.

Winter holiday in Kundl

Kundl is ideal as a weekend destination for skiers. In the surrounding ski areas of Alpbachtal, Wildschönau and Brixental you can practice skiing and touring to your heart's content.

Kundl provides for ice skating in all weathers! From mid-October to mid-March the ice arena is open to the public. A sports shop with service and skate rental, as well as a restaurant are in the ice arena building.
