NEW! Top chef Christian WINKLER (formerly Gebrüder WINKLER, Restaurant Schindlhaus - awarded 1 Michelin star and 3 toques) personally treats 12 guests at his CHEFS TABLE and 6-8 people exclusively in the cosy ‘Barockstüberl’.
Christian Winkler made himslef a name in the German-speaking gastronomy scene: he cooked up a Michelin star at a young age, and was most recently awarded three toques at the Gasthof Auwirt in the Kitzbühel area. He has now found his culinary home in the historic flair of the Old Town Hall in the small medieval town of Rattenberg am Inn. In the stylishly renovated Turm-Stübchen on the first floor, he cooks exclusively for 12 guests at his CHEFS TABLE with a 12-course gourmet menu of international dimensions, accompanied by perfectly matched wines served by his wife and sommelier Sigrid Winkler. The passionate hosts entertain their guests in person; you can even look over the chef's shoulder as he cooks. The ambience is a tastefully timeless and cosy symbiosis of historical substance and design.
As part of "WINKLERS GENUSS-AFTERNOON", you can book a place individually from Friday to Monday, with a standard start time of 2:00 p.m.
For private dining groups, the cosy Barockstüberl is perfect for 6 - 8 people. Smaller menus are also served there (4-course gourmet menu with 6 amuse-bouche and mini-courses beforehand for € 125,00 per person). Individual consideration is given to intolerances, vegetarians and vegans.
