Gasthof Jakober

Gasthaus Jakober was already a popular meeting point for miners and locals in the old days when copper and silver where still mined in Alpbach. Around 1218 the old inn was first mentioned in an official document.
The Larch family purchased the inn in 1997 and renovated it, taking great care to preserve the historic integrity of the house.

Opposite the church in Alpbach; come and experience the traditional inns flair and atmosphere. The kitchen staff prepare various specialities from the Alpbachtal and traditional Viennese fare.

Fondue can be ordered by prior arrangement.

The Jakober bar is t h e meeting place for all - celebrate, chat, eat and drink and be merry.
