About Your Hosts
One Family One Tradition
The Gappen Country Inn looks back on a long-standing tradition. It has been owned and run by the Gang family for five generations.
Since 2013, Johannes Gang has been running the Gappen Hotel and Country Inn. From an early age he has learned the importance of hospitality, warmth and tradition. He is honoured to keep running the family hotel in accordance with those values, while maintaining a fresh outlook together with his life partner Mandy and their two daughters.
However, Hannes and Anni Gang, who ran, maintained and shaped the Gappen Country Inn for decades, are without a doubt its life and soul. Even today, their commitment to engaging and keeping in touch with guests can be felt and seen when they sing or play the guitar during convivial evenings, or in Anni’s lovely design of the roofed terrace garden that is reminiscent of nature.
