‘Between Heaven & Hell’ at the Stoffelhäusl in St. Gertraudi

The Stoffelhäusl in St. Gertraudi is not only Tyrol's smallest museum, it also has a unique exhibition for just one night this year: ‘Between Heaven & Hell’. The exhibition presents the ideas of heaven, hell, purgatory, angels, devils and concepts of the afterlife in the various religions.
A modern art installation is intended to inspire reflection on the afterlife.
A staged performance of Brandner Kaspar and his eternal life provides amusement.
Children can learn two well-known heaven & hell games.
The 1921 silent film with Buster Keaton entitled ‘Heaven and Hell’ will also be shown.
The Stoffelhäusl garden becomes a cemetery with curious grave epitaphs.
Readings of heavenly and hellish texts will be performed in the Stoffelhäusl parlour.
There will also be heavenly home-style fare, one of which will even be spicy as hell.
And seated in the purgatory in the garden, you can watch the nocturnal activity happening around the 541-year-old Stoffelhäusl ...
